Visit of Metropolitan Christopher

Sunday, October 22nd was a glorious day for St. Michael Church when we were blessed by the visit of His Eminence Metropolitan Christopher, and we celebrated the Sisters Circle Slava--Venerable Mother Paraskeva, St. Petka of Serbia. There was not a soul who did not receive an enormous blessing from His Grace's presence. Divine Liturgy served with our own dear priest, filled all who were there with the blessed Holy Spirit, and His Grace's message touched our hearts and inspired us to live the liturgical life. Thank you to everyone who took part: cleaning and decorating church and parish hall, preparing food for the occasion, and, of course, our choir singers. As we enter the holiday season of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year, we can only praise God for His never ending love and His constant mercy.  We invite all of your to join with us in worship, fellowship, and service.

See the Album for more photos from this event.
